XXX Sprint Car Chassis (Bare Frame). Raised Rail. AUS-TAF extended head clearance design.

The AUS-TAF design originated in 2018 for the Australian market given they have stringent head clearance rules (minimum of 2"). This new cage design meets those rules for every height of driver, as it is 2" taller at the front of the cockpit, and 3" taller at the back of the cockpit (over a standard height chassis). This gives additional head room of about 1 1/2" over the WEDGE chassis (and 2 1/2" over a standard height chassis). Comes with a loose (not welded in) cage forward halo (SC-CH-0021).

Given the immediate success of the chassis in Australia, we introduced a limited amount to the US market as an alternative for very tall drivers. The chassis was fast right out of the box, and demand rose even from normal height drivers. So, in 2020 we added this chassis to our stable as a stock offering.

The AUS-TAF chassis is available in 87" or 88" length, with a 40" set back. World Of Outlaw compliant left safety cage and right safety bar come standard in all chassis at no additional cost to you. Loose halo is sent with every chassis - weld in available for a nominal fee. Torque tube hoop also provided free of charge with chassis purchase.

The XXX Chassis is already the best chassis in sprint car racing, but we'll never stop trying to be better. All the latest XXX chassis have a lightweight billet steering clamp as well as new double spud front shock towers. All chassis come with engine enclosure panel dzus tabs, long rear radius rod mounts and multiple spuds for correct seat mounting as well as seat belt gussets to ensure proper belt angle. We've repositioned the throttle pedal tabs for improved pedal feel, and strengthened & repositioned the front cage uprights for added support. Our wing slider tab fits all popular wing valves. Add in gnurled front tubes so nosewing clamps don't slip and double wing mounts for optimal wing positioning to create the best chassis you'll ever drive!
